6 and a half weeks post op

i know im supposed to update this blog every week, but sometimes life just take over and u have no time for anything else!!

also, i have no pictures as my blackberry got stolen and i hadnt backed up in a month or so, as my blackberry was new, so unfortunately i dont have any pictures of the recovery from week 3 or so.

I also started to use scar away on my scar. basically scar away is a patented silicon sheet that mimics the natural function of normal, healthy skin, increasing hydration and works to soften scar tissue, reducing its development and causing it to fade away.  The pack that i ordered states that you need to use the silicone plasters for 8 - 12 weeks to see any results, however i can say ive only been using it for a week or so and my scar already has gone from looking red and raised to a more browny colour (close to my skin tone)
